ASPECT was founded by Dr. Victor A. Huatama, CFP, CSA, a technologist and researcher with over 25 years of experience in information systems and database architecture.

• The Technical Core: As a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and Database Administrator (MCDBA), Dr. Victor designed the ASPECT infrastructure to handle high-concurrency behavioral data at the ASEAN-Singapore data corridor.

• Academic Rigor: Combining an MSc in IT with a Doctorate (Cum Laude), the research focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence, sustainability, and life-long learning pathways.
