1. Educational Purpose & Platform Access

Aspect ASEAN provides adaptive diagnostic math simulations, curriculum frameworks (Cambridge IGCSE/A-Level, IB DP, MOE ASEAN Scholarship), and automated learning telemetry. Our services are intended for personal academic practice, supplementary tuition, and institutional pilot evaluation.

2. User Accounts & Integrity

• You agree to provide accurate information when registering or requesting pilot trials.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, automate batch queries against our question banks, or disrupt our simulation delivery systems.

3. Intellectual Property

All diagnostic frameworks, question stems, DDE (Discovery, Declaration, Execution) taxonomies, visual lesson summaries, software code, and branding assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of PT Smart Edutama International. Access to the platform grants a limited, non-exclusive license for educational use.

4. Institutional Trials & Pilots

Schools and tuition centers participating in diagnostic pilots receive aggregate cohort analytics and printable worksheets solely for direct instructional remediation within their enrolled student cohorts.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimers

We aim for high platform availability and diagnostic precision. However, all diagnostic simulations, question rankings, and automated feedback summaries are provided on an "as-is" educational advisory basis. We do not guarantee specific official examination marks or scholarship outcomes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
